New Legislation:

A833 - Provides an exemption from the sales and use tax for child passenger restraint systems sold for installation in passenger motor vehicles. 

A835 - Exempts certain bicycle and skating helmets from sales and use tax.

A1599 & S351 - Exempts certain drivers from use of child passenger restraint systems and booster seats for certain children.

A2431 & S1594 - Permits parents to provide booster safety seats for children riding in limousines.

A1352 & S480 - Changes booster seat and seat belt requirements for certain children. (from 8 & 80 lbs to 6 & 60 lbs)
