FORD'S BOOST AMERICA

The United Ways of both Cape May and Salem Counties participate in Ford's Boost America Campaign.  The program provides free backless boosters to low income and minority families.

Because the United Way organization do not have nationally certified child passenger seat technicians to ensure that the seat is appropriate for the child and secured properly in the vehicle, the South Jersey Traffic Safety Alliance matched them up with the local Sheriff's Offices who have technicians on staff.  The United Way prequalifies families and the Sheriff's Office oversees the installation.
